Access to Fourms New User and Account Creation

Lately there has been quite a few accounts created inorder to access the fourms.

Our fourms contain private information about the residents living here and the people who own homes here.
Therefore accounts that do not have sufficent information in reguards to who they are will not be allowed access to the fourms.

Please be thourough as to what unit you live in, and your first and last name at the least.
Many of the unsernames currently have NO information.
I will have to verify these emails with what was recieved in our various meetings.

Please bear in mind this is to protect everyones privacy.
